This work belongs to a very recent series that deals with appropriation and reinterpretation of other people's vision of the world as they share it in social media. Renata screenshot images from friends, relatives, influencers , tikTokers and even instagram adds for later to "elevate" them by using ink on paper. The series started as small warm up ink drawings on remnants of paper. The larger formats, such as this one, become more painterly exercises as the size allows for playing more with the limitations imposed by the ink.
