This sculpture is part of my diversity series. A total of 8 different sculptures that are the result of a collaboration between a self-developed algorithm and my art direction. The sculptures are an abstraction of the concept of diversity, from within the framework of cancel culture. A part of culture I had experienced in my professional and personal life. Whenever I critiqued actions of diversity-driven movements, I was being called out for a whole array of different xenophobic synonyms. Which resulted in limitations of places where I could express myself. Because within cancel culture, anything is only being perceived from the perspective within their culture. Which stagnates social development in any other direction, than that of the cancel culture perspective.
