I took on an expressive approach with the paintbrush, building the layers with intense mark making. The marks became more defined and ambitious with each layer. As the wave curves, the space acts like a window beyond the water into the unknown. The viewer travels with the wave embarking on a similar journey to the surfer. A vibrant addition to any room.
