This work was inspired by the late 19th-century at- tempt to impose a British colonial military-style order (Nizam) on Egyptian rural society. Starting from the study of individual and collective energy, my recent projects focus on investigating how the fear of crowds has produced thought and a policy of controlling urban space, the concretization of colonial ideology Different photographic negatives are being used to create a new image. The Work realised utilising a modified technique of sun-based contact print, acrylic paint and plaster on canvas.
