Well there are so many it's hard to pin point the one that is the most important. The economy is slowing down and that means many are going to lose jobs. And the poverty correlates with mental health issues. Social media are driving people away from each other instead of bringing them closer together. It is harder to create meaningful and close relationships. The social dynamics have changed leaving many people isolated and alone. But there are things we can do to change the trajectory we are at. We can learn to form close bonds and we can take care of those relationships we already have. We can reach out.
