In the tragic myth of the suicidal Narcissus, the nymph Echo is entrusted with singing. An irrational song that goes beyond the verb, exceeding the word, overcome it, senseless, breaking us down where we no longer exist. The project intends to investigate the emotional, physical and psychic addiction that becomes a pathological condition. Unexpressed and chronic, it leads those who suffer from it to gradually wear out, until it disappears completely. What’s left is a reflected sound. The exhibition took place in Turin [Rotonda Talucchi] in the autumn of 2021.
