DIVE is a project in which the artist, Pietro Lonoce, puts the spotlight on the new gods of our time: farm animals. Always put under the attention and accusation of photographic reportage, collectively accepted and with the same messages, often provocative and denouncing. In this project, on the other hand, the well-being and love for animals reigns supreme, investigated as real stars in their context and in their daily routine. Hence the parallelism with the nightlife of the cinema and the star system. The night becomes the best time to open the curtain. A curtain usually characterised by dictated and often exaggerated actions. Here fiction is investigated through the alteration of colour, as if we were in a night club. Aesthetically pop and provocative shots, ironic and irreverent for a narrative tale in which the parallelism between the characters of collective entertainment and animals is delicately sought, shown in the custom as all equal, interpreters of the same story.
