This painting belongs to the series “HOAMGE OF MUSES AND INSPIRATION”. In ancient Greece, the muses were said to appear suddenly before an artist or poet, bringing with them the illuminated truth of a new creation. They were responsible for giving artists the gift of inspiration. This inspiration, once thought to be something external, is now confirmed by neuroscience to lie within us, within most of all as people. Theses current and diverse muses that are not a privilege for artists only, but are for everyone in general, aims to explore this force called inspiration which is more than a physical and mental force, it is an emotional and spiritual force, a moment of direct connection between the soul and existence itself surpassing mental barriers, propelling us to achieve things we would otherwise consider impossible.
